He resided @1776 in Granville, Annapolis Co. Nova Scotia. He resided @1785 in Brier Island, Nova Scotia. He died @1801 in Westport, Nova Scotia. When Anna Rice married @1776, her father Judah was living in Granville. About 1785, both Judah Rice and Anna's husband James McDormand moved their families to Brier Island.
