69485. Marie WHITFIELD was born @1544 in England. /there is an elaborate Whitfield monument in St. Mildred's Church, Tenterden, Co. Kent erected in memory of Herbert Whitfield who died 6 Feb 1623 and his wife Martha who died 26 Jan 1614. In 1491, Robert Whitfield moved from Cumberland to the iron works of Wedhurst in Sussex; his son, father of Herbert Whitfield, moved to Tenterden where he was Baliff in 1555. Children were:
